| The Assafir offers the city an Arabic experience. The Assafir offers a blend of light columns, pointed arches, a thousand and one lights and orange-coloured walls. Oriental design features complete the picture. You will find locals and tourists sitting at the elaborately set tables. The restaurant serves delicacies such as Samke beltahina: baked sea bream served with sesame sauce and salad. The staff are excellent. The Assafir also has a good selection of tea for you to choose from. In the summer sit outside by the palm trees under the Bordeaux awnings. The Sunday brunch is definitely worth a try. |
