BRECHTS

Austrian Restaurant
Formerly Bertolt Brecht’s happy hunting ground known as the Trichter, this is a restaurant for enjoying the relaxed atmosphere with a glass of wine and getting swept away by luxurious pleasures. We’re open to new ideas, but at the same time don’t want to completely neglect the past - that’s the attitude of Dennis Nörenberg, head chef at the Brecht since March 2008 and previously at the Adlon and the gourmet restaurant, the Imperial der Bühler Höhe. The menu combines tradition and modernity in a unique style - diners can enjoy tasty, light food that is at the same time diverse and varied.
