Kranzler

Café Kranzler, Berlin
Café Kranzler, Berlin
International Restaurant
The Café Kranzler is a classic on the Kurfürstendamm with its red-and-white striped awning. The smell of freshly ground coffee beans and fine pastries pervade the air of this historic café. In 1835 Austrian confectioner Johann Georg Kranzler opened the café, which over the course of history has been raised to the ground on several occasions. Today’s incarnation dates back to the year 2000, but continues to fly the flag of coffee house culture. In the morning there is an extensive breakfast buffet, but the menu does offer meals for smaller appetites. Whatever happens, don’t miss the delicious cakes and pastries. In the evening the round coffee house and adjoining terrace can be booked for private functions.
