| The Margaux restaurant whose ambience conjures up images of a Bordeaux château with its gold leaf ceiling, onyx columns and black marble floor, is one of the five best restaurants in Berlin. This grand setting is where host and chef de cuisine Michael Hoffmann presents his ?Cuisine Avant-garde Classique?. The new experiences for the palate taken from French cuisine are complemented by a wine list which, listing 600 different items, is one of the most extensive in the city. What’s more: Margaux now has a midday set menu (Friday & Saturday) with dishes taken from regional cuisine. These are prepared in accordance with the AC cuisine criteria at a price of ? 16. Each week’s menu can be sent to you on request either by fax or e-mail. |
