Chef Birk Töpfer will treat you to culinary delights from the Mediterranean and the South Tyrol, as well as upmarket German dishes. This creative chef de cuisine keeps on producing new, tasty and unusual dishes which you can try as the plat du jour. The well stocked wine cellar has fine wines from Italy, Austria, France and Germany to suit every taste. |
