Creativity, uniqueness and freedom are the most important attributes in the Restaurant Tim Raue, which offers unusual creations with an interesting mix of both European and Asian cuisine. Inspired by Japanese product perfection, Thai aromas and Chinese cooking philosophy, the head chef links all of these ideas to produce well balanced harmonious food every time. By doing this, he places special criteria on his meals: the dishes must bestow energy, vitality and not be a burden to the body and soul. Sugar, dairy produce and gluten are completely excluded from all side dishes such as bread, noodles and rice.
