| The elegant Restaurant Ricasso is situated in a peaceful and well-hidden inner courtyard in Munich’s Glockenbach quarter. Head chef, Dominik Roedern, astounds his guests on a weekly basis with new creations from the Mediterranean cuisine, which is refined with an Asian twist. Guests at the Ricasso can expect a discerning evening menu, with compositions such as a whole gilthead Royal sunbeam, with potato gnocchi and gremolata, Iberian land-pig, with fried oyster mushrooms and balsamic creamed potato, or butter milk mousse, filled with apricots and almond brittle. Businessmen can be guaranteed a good service at lunch time, and there is also a 3 course business lunch which changes on a weekly basis. Dominik Roedern uses exclusively wild fresh fish and organic meat only from regional sources for his fresh cuisine. When the temperature begins to rise, you can relax and enjoy both food and drinks on the well-positioned terrace, situated in the centre of Munich. |
