Sauerkraut und Bulgur
| Locally Sourced Restaurant |
| First of all, let’s clarify a few things. Bulgur is a simple, typically Mediterranean dish made from wheat-based semolina, a firm favourite in Turkey, as popular as sauerkraut is in Germany! What’s amazing is that this restaurant takes these two everyday foods, puts them together and creates something extraordinary! The restaurant invites guests to sample familiar dishes like sausage with sauerkraut and discover new combinations like Manchego cheese with pumpkin seeds, and that’s all without any airs and graces. In addition to the restaurant there is also a summer terrace and beer garden. A lunch menu is available and on Sundays brunch is served from 10am. You can retire to the bar for a drink afterwards or why not try the café in the afternoon. |
