| As its name suggests, Spätzle & Knödel (which means “noodles and dumplings”) serves a combination of Swabian and Bavarian cuisine, offering a delicious blend of Southern German culinary delicacies. There is something here for everyone, including roast beef with onions, goulash, mushrooms served in a herb cream sauce, liver dumpling soup, apple strudel and Kaiserschmarrn (a sweet cup-cake pancake with raisins). Diners can order a freshly tapped Bavarian beer or one of the delicious red or white wines from Baden-Württemberg to go with their choice of meal. |
