A beautiful setting in a Biedermeier building dating from the year 1840, the gourmet restaurant Traube in Berlin is first and foremost unpretentious and well presented.
The cuisine served here is light hearted and is southern German, almost Alpine, which gives the same impression as the name, Traube. Here the southern German and Alpine cooking style prevails. The restaurant also serves good wine.
The influences from Switzerland, Italy, Southern Germany and Austria come together in this Berlin restaurant with equal weight, but the Alsace region is also a dominant influence. Here you will find not only diners who enjoy this style of cooking, but also businessmen for whom there is a business lunch and set menu.
You will always come across exceptional events here like, for example, a “Summer Night Smoke” with premium quality Dominican cigars on the Mediterranean patio and wine garden at the Traube. |
